Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from scents/makeup, with all original tags and hygiene liners attached, and in original packaging. Shoe boxes must be placed inside an outer shipping box.

• Earrings, lingerie/intimates, bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or tampered with
• Beauty products and gift cards
• Personalized/custom items
Exchanges
Fastest method: start a return for the original and place a new order for the replacement size/color. (We’ll process your refund when we receive and inspect the original.)
Return shipping & refunds
• United States: Use our prepaid label (a $7.95 fee is deducted from your refund) or ship with your own carrier at your cost.
• International: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zuree.shop with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.
